The 43rd Annual Central Gardens Home & Garden Tour will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019.

Ads are printed in our Home & Garden Tour booklet, which is distributed to an estimated 1,500 attendees on the day of the tour. In appreciation for your ad purchase, we will give you two free tickets to the home tour.

A $100 design fee will apply for new ads, newly designed ads for returning advertisers, art that is not print-ready, and art that does not fit one of our ad templates. There will be no charge for email address, telephone number, coupon expiration date, or employee/owner name change requests from previous advertisers.

Notes: For Home, Antique Car, Hospitalitiy and Party Sponsors, there are no double page ads this year because of the new format. There will now be two single page ads next to each other. 

All other sponsors, Antique Car Sponsor, Hospitality Sponsor and Party Sponsors, you and advertisers will have the opportunity to have a double page ad included in the tour booklet. Note, that this year’s booklet is spiral bound, and thus there will be no two-page spreads.

Each ad needs to stand alone and logo must be repeated on each ad. Ads must come in black and white at 300dpi in pdf format. Send all files as high res (300dpi) pdfs. Please do not submit MS Word documents.

Label the file with your company name and size such as “joesliquorFULL.pdf” or “gracestlukesschoolHALF.pdf.” For those sponsors doing two-page ads, please label as “MethodistFull1.pdf” and “MethodistFull2.pdf.” No need to call it CGA ad or year, just include your company’s name and the ad size.

Disclaimer: Because this booklet is only printed once a year, Central Gardens Association does not offer "make-goods" if an ad runs incorrectly or with an error. If an error is found in an ad after the booklet is printed, and if the error is found to be due to negligence on CGA's part, we will refund the cost of the ad. Also, for any repeat ads from the 2015 tour, a proof will be provided by our designer, Kathy Kelley, K Design, and must be approved within two days of receipt. 

Also, the Central Gardens Home & Garden Tour is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds are not given to ticket buyers, advertisers, or sponsors due to inclement weather.

Central Gardens Association is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization; contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
