Click here to register for our second Design Guidelines Quarterly Clinic on Monday, April 9 at 6:15 pm at the University Club Board Room.
Our first Design Guidelines Quarterly Clinic held in January was a great success! Approximately 40 folks attended the clinic. It was a diverse crowd of homeowners who are thinking about renovating their home, other neighborhood association members who want to see how we educate folks on our architectural guidelines and architects and builders who proudly do work in Central Gardens. Thanks go out to our panel, Mark Fleischer, CGA Board Member who presented on the value of preservation, Niel Prosser who is a Central Gardens neighbor and volunteers his time as a Memphis Landmarks Commissioner and Brian Bacchus who is the staff planner for the city. Niel and Brian Bacchus fielded many questions. Folks walked away understanding why Central Gardens is an advocate for preservation and also how to apply for a COA (Certificate of Appropriateness).
