PRIZES

Three prize packages include:

  1. How to Enter: Beginning September 13, 2020, and ending at 8 p.m. CDT on September 27, 2020, submit all of your selfies in one combined email to [email protected]. Your entry must contain the selfie(s), in addition to your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. The subject line should state “2020 Home Tour Detour Entry”. There is a maximum of twelve (12) selfie entries per household, or one (1) selfie from each “selfie home” per household. You must provide the information requested to be eligible to win a prize. Entries not eligible if lost, late, or otherwise misdirected. Upon receipt of your email, a confirmation email acknowledging your entry(ies) will be sent to you. You are not required to share your selfies on social media to be enter. By entering the drawing, you agree and consent to CGA using your images and likeness for promotional purposes without any further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. No other methods of entry other than the email entry method described herein will be accepted.

  2. Eligibility: This drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Central Gardens Association, anyone participating in the operation of the random number generator for selection of the winners, and members of their households are not eligible. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

  3. Winner Drawings: Drawings will take place on October 4, 2020.  Entries will be numbered according to when they are received. Winning numbers will be generated through a random number generator and recorded for transparency. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Participants can only win once. If a participant’s number is drawn during a round, it will be removed from all subsequent drawings. CGA will contact winners with the information provided with their entry within the 48 hours following the winners being chosen. A maximum of two (2) attempts will be made to contact the winners. If winners do not claim their prize before November 1, 2020, they forfeit their prize and another drawing will be held to select a new winner for that prize.

Limitation of Liability:  By entering the drawing, winners agree to release and hold harmless CGA and its affiliates, agents, partners, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, board members, and directors from any liability, injury, loss, litigation, claim, actions, costs, expenses, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the drawing and/or their acceptance, possession,  use, or misuse of any prize. 

  6. Winners List:  For the name of the winners, a request must be mailed along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2020 Home Tour Detour, c/o Central Gardens Association, P.O. Box 41382, Memphis, Tennessee 38174-1382. Requests must be received no later than December 21, 2020.
