A sponsorship with the Central Gardens Association connects your business to one of the most premiere historic residential neighborhoods in the south. The organization reaches our community throughout the year, hosting several events and through our ongoing communication strategies. It is through this outreach that we are able to offer various opportunities for your business to partner with us in a way which gives you the greatest benefits and exposure and fits within your marketing mix. Your support helps the Central Gardens Association in our commitment to sustain and enhance the quality of our historic neighborhood. We have recently identified several key projects in conjunction with our strategic plan that require funding to be secured prior to completion. These projects are important pieces of a plan to ensure the neighborhood's preservation and historic status.
COVID: Please note that the events calendar is subject to guidelines related to public safety from the Shelby County Health Department. We will make a determination about holding in-person events prior to the deadline for submission of payment and artwork.

CGA Home Sales is one of the most ‘clicked’ items in the monthly eNews. Sponsor has their logo included with the listings. Click rate is 53.1 (*average taken over the past 6 months). *Deadline for payment and artwork is December 30, 2021.
Benefits include a full-page ad in the 2021 Home & Garden Tour digital magazine, 2 tickets to the Home Tour, and listing on the CGA website as a business member. Additionally, your membership includes an invitation to the CGA Annual Meeting VIP Party in May and an opportunity to provide collateral at the meeting.
CGA’s Annual Meeting is held the first Monday in May and is the association’s share out for the fiscal year, our last push for the membership campaign and is where we host our VIP President’s Circle reception. Open to the whole neighborhood, 200 are estimated to attend. Sponsor(s) receive signage at the event, may provide collateral at the event, social media and eNews mentions leading up to the event and a logo slide during the presentation. Event will take place on May 2, 2022. *Deadline for payment and artwork is April 2, 2022.
The Fourth of July Parade is one of the association’s most well attended events. It is an annual tradition with over 500 attendees. Headlining sponsor(s) receives signage at the event, social media recognition, and mention in eNews promotion leading up to the event. Category exclusivity. The event takes place on July 4, 2022. *Deadline for payment and artwork is June 4, 2022.
The Central Gardens Annual Home Tour has approximately 2,000 attendees and is the largest fundraising event of the year. The event takes place on September 11, 2022. *Payment and artwork is due by July 11, 2022.

The Belvedere sponsor receives signature logo and key placement on all digital and printed promotional material associated with the event. A special “shout-out” story in the CGA eNews. 10 tickets to the event.
The Willett Sponsors receive smaller logos on all digital and printed promotional material associated with the event. 6 tickets to the event.
Table sponsors receive table tents with company logo at the event. 4 tickets to the event. Tables are awarded as ticket sales are reached. Event takes place October 16, 2021. *Deadline for payment and artwork is August 6, 2021.
