Happy Hour Tree Tour 

Sunday, November 14 at 3:00 P.M.


This is our first walking tour to showcase some of the trees in our arboretum.  The tour is expected to last between an hour to an hour and a half and begin on the sidewalk at 581 S. Belvedere.  The tour route runs west on Harbert, south on Rozelle and east on Central before returning to Belvedere.  Wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate to the weather.  Feel free to bring a beverage.  No refreshments will be provided, but Central Gardens' wine glasses will be available for sale.  


The tour will include a wide variety of trees, native and non-native.  Members of the Arboretum Committee and members of Central Gardeners will be stationed at each tree throughout the tour to very briefly describe a tree, in addition, Jason Sengel of Robertson Trees will be adding information and answering questions along the tour.  Aaron Klimek, who oversees the Central Gardens Associations Green Spaces & Infrastructure will begin the tour with a very brief description of the Central Gardens Arboretum.
